Recreational Sailing Saturdays
There will be patrol boat cover between 13:00 and 17:00, ready to provide assistance on the water to anyone who would like to sail their boat or a club boat. A great opportunity to practise launching and sailing around our lake, to enjoy the weather or improve your boat handling skills.
Please ask if you need help. There should be experienced club sailors on hand to provide advice or to set up a simple course. Taking part in two recreational sailing sessions will qualify you for entering our Novices Regatta in September.
We will run Recreational Sailing sessions on the following Saturdays during spring and summer:

2) Saturday 16 May 2026
3) Saturday 20 June 2026
4) Saturday 4 July 2026
5) Saturday 25 July 2026
6) Saturday 29 August 2026
7) Saturday 12 September 2026
We will also be running the postponed 2025 Novices Regatta between 13:00 and 17:00 on Saturday 13 June 2026. We encourage any novice sailor to turn up and take part, or watch the regatta races and then have a sail.
