Junior regatta

All juniors are welcome to come along and race in the WOSC Junior Regatta. Any type of boat, club boats or your own, as long as you are under 18 years of age you can take part. No previous racing experience is necessary.

Several races will be held over the afternoon, the first starts at 12:00 so make sure you are ready to launch by 11:30. Prize giving at the end of the day!

The Junior Regatta takes place on the Saturday following the club's Junior Sailing week, and is a great opportunity for all those signed up to the Junior Sailing week to put in practise all they have learnt and have fun racing other juniors. You can of course join in even if you missed out on Junior Sailing week.

Emma Gibbard will kindly be running the galley that day with hot food at lunchtime. 

After the prizegiving there will be a Pirate Reenactment with tens, costumes, sword fights and canon firing.
