      <title>RYA Level 1 &amp; 2 Adult Learn to Sail Course, 4 days over 2 weekends (11/07/2026)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Adult course (age 16+) or 14+ with parent: RYA Level 1 &amp;amp; 2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This course is 4 days, run over two weekends, 11 - 12th July, and 18th - 19th July 2026.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Times: Adult weekend courses start at 09:30 prompt on the water (can arrive from 09:00) and finish about 17:00.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Location: The club premises can be found at the end of an access road off the B4449 Stanton Harcourt to Hardwick road near Hardwick in Oxfordshire. The nearest Postcode for Sat Nav users is: OX29 5AG. This is Beard Mill Farm near the entrance to our track. Or see web site - &lt;a href="http://www.wosc.org.uk/Map" style="font-size: 0.8em;"&gt;http://www.wosc.org.uk/Map&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Fees: Training is free, but there is an admin charge of £50 to cover expenses. You will need to pay this fee in order to book (see additional information for cancellation policy).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Instructor:student ratios: These meet RYA requirements at a minimum, but there are usually more Instructors than this.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Boats: Training may be in single handed boats: Hartley 12, Laser, Topper, or double handed boats (Firefly, Wayfarer). Own boats can be used if agreed by the Senior Instructor in advance and you will need to have proof of insurance.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Booking conditions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You must commit to come for all the sessions on the course. You must have your own buoyancy aid and sailing clothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Agrees to abide by the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="background-color: white;"&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.wosc.org.uk/ClubRules" title="WOSC Rules"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12px;" color="#285CAA" face="Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font color="#285CAA"&gt;West Oxfordshire Sailing Club rules&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;and understands that insurance against personal accident and loss or damage to personal property is the responsibility of the participant.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3. That to the best of my knowledge, the participant does not suffer from epilepsy, disability, giddy spells, asthma, diabetes, angina, or other heart condition, and is fit to participate in the course or that I have declared any issues before booking a course to the Sailing School&amp;nbsp;(&lt;a href="mailto:sailingschoool@wosc.org.uk"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12px;" face="Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;sailingschoool@wosc.org.uk&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Note that a medical condition does not necessarily prevent participation in the course, but the Senior Instructor and supervising Instructors need to be aware of any medical problems for your safety.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4.
